He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel James Jacobs and Vernie Belle Jones Jacobs; and his brothers, Jimmy Jacobs and Daniel James Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jacobs; his children, Virgil Locklear (Karrie), Keith Carter (Delorise) and Mia Oxendine; his siblings, Paul Jacobs, Brenda Horne and Rose Easterling; and his grandchildren, Nicolas, Braylan, Dakota, Sakya, Taylor, Kayla, Bella and Destiny. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
