He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Bryan McDonald, Sr. and Isabelle Bounds McDonald; and his wife Bess B. McDonald "Gussie". He is survived by: his daughter Maysie Alder (Baker); his grandchildren, Marshall IV, Brad, Hannah, Sarah, Richard and Maysie; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Brooklynn, Brody, Bryce, Brielle, Paisley and Everleigh; and his sister Penny McDonald of Red Springs.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alloway Cemetery (631 W 4th Ave, Red Springs, NC 28377).
