He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Stocks and Blanchie Stocks; and his sister Gloris Jane Stocks-Ferguson. He is survived by: his children, Theresa McCoy-Summers New (Roger) and Robert Stocks Jr.; and his brothers, Jackie Stocks (Sarah), Frederick, Ronnie Stocks (Cheryl) and Otis Flowers (Mona). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
