He is survived by: his children, Lisa Chance Bundy (Jeff) of New Bern, Shahara Chance (Tate) of Raeford, Stevie Chance (Eleanor) of Fayetteville and Nucona Stephen Chance (Veronica); his grandchildren, Tony, Dylon, Angel, Shyaira, Amaurie, Jak'hari, Zaire, De'sany and Jaliyah; his sister Betty Ruth Walker of Erwin; his aunt Helen Hicks of Linden; his sisters-in-law, Chasity, Nancy and Nobalene; and his close friend Keith Dorman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
