He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Jacobs, Rev. Willie Jacobs (Ivene), George Jacobs (Kathy), Rev. Arnold Jacobs (Jane), Harvey Jacobs (Anne), Wade Jacobs, Rev. Donald Jacobs (Marie), Linda Blue (William) and Brenda Locklear (Glenn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
