He is survived by: his father Carson Locklear of Red Springs; his children, Terry Wayne Rice, Vinson Dakaiya Locklear, Jacobe Raylon Locklear, Kristian LeSean Locklear and Gracieanna Lolina Locklear of Shannon; his sisters, Vickie Castrejon of Red Springs, Peggy Rose Locklear of Red Springs and Melissa Faye Locklear of Red Springs; and his nephews, Joshual Locklear, Sherwood III, Shane Locklear, Jordan Locklear, Adante, Ayiana Locklear, Anesia Locklear and Charisma Locklear. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.
