He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hall; his children, Will Jacobs (Shelli), Linda Beaman and Charlene Locklear (Anthony); his stepchildren, Bryan Locklear, Ernie Maynor, Freda Daniel and Aiyana Lynn Chavis; his brother Bobby Ray Jacobs; his close friend Michael Dial; his grandchildren, Heather McPhail, Ashley Barton (Joshua), Ashton Locklear, Garret Locklear and Austin McPhail (Helene); and his great grandchildren, Nylah Grace, Catilaya Jade, Jones D. Barton and Jackson D. Barton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
