He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred L. Stevens and Lorene Mabe Stevens; and his brother Thomas P. Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Taylor Stevens; his son Allen Klaiber (Denise) of Delaware, OH; his grandsons, Jeffrey Klaiber and Sebastian Klaiber; his sibling's children, Angie Echols of Somerset, KY, Thomas Stevens (Rhonda) of Georgia and Jon Stevens (Sherri) of Greensboro; his brother-in-law George Taylor (Marcia) of Richlands, NC; his nephews, John Taylor (Billie Jean) of Moyock, NC, James Taylor (Becca) and Aviano; his great-nephews, Noah and Mark Taylor of Moyock, NC; and his close friends, Gary and Lu Anne Loye of Reidsville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Citty Funeral Home, Inc. (308 Lindsey St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (1821 Ashley Loop, Reidsville, NC 27320).
