He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward Smith and Rena Cobb Smith; his wife Louise Smith; his son Todd; and his siblings, Gene and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Ford; his nephew Dwayne Smith (Kay); his great-niece Hope; and his great-nephew Luke.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320).
