It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Watkins of Reidsville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 16, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Watkins and Thelma Badgett Watkins; and her brothers, Robert LeGrand, Norman Watkins and Ralph Watkins.

She is survived by: her siblings, Hilda Watkins Brown (James) of Reidsville, NC, Tilda Watkins-Morehead of Reidsville, NC and Melvin L. Watkins (Burrell) of Durham, NC; and her close friends, Bertha Coffin, Kalani Bennett, Charlene Webb and Tierra Graves. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and dear friends.
