He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Chambers; his children, David Thomas Chambers (Alec Michael Cusack) and Abigail Irene Chambers; and his brother Derrick Chambers (Donna Chambers). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts.
