With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elmer Forrest Carroll of Reidsville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Carroll and Gracie Gammon Carroll; and his siblings, Curtis Carroll, Theo Parker, Doris Wilson, Inez Kirks, Virginia Verbrugge and Ethel McAlister.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Keith Carroll (Cindy) and Pam Carroll; his grandchildren, Melissa Ray (Kevin) and Meredith Mastromauro (Mike); his great grandchildren, Chasen Ray and Nolan Ray; his sister Alice Haggerty (Graham) of Ontario Canada; his siblings-in-law, Wayne McAlister and Carolyn Witty; and his close friend James Ellington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
