She is survived by: her children, Stacy Blackman (Teanie), Tracy Blackman and Ross Mickens (Jillian); her siblings, Ocie Bigelow, Ethel Fuller and Kenneth Graves (Virginia); and her grandchildren, Latoya Johnson (Jamaal), Alycia Johnson (Cory), Jay Graves II, Auriel Cowan, Janet Blackman, Stacy Blackman and Casey Blackman. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, extended family, church family, foster children, and many friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM. Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Graves Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (5373 Badgett Sisters Pkwy, Yanceyville, NC 27379). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
