She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Jones and Thelma Martin Jones; her husband Hundley; and her siblings, James Penn Jones and Wanda Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Young (Mark); her grandchildren, Ben Minter (Hope), Brian Minter (Hannah), Tyler Minter (Ashley) and Chace Young; her great grandchildren, Kira, Thea, Linda, Layne, Maverick, Harmony, Kollins, Savannah, Haidyn, Samuel and Riley; her sisters, Barbara Hundley, Nancy Butler, Mary Hudson, Linda Lamberth (Eddie) and Patsy Roberts; her close friends, Pam and Larry Gibson; and her daughters, Stacey, Bonita, Faith, Zahirah and Trisha. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Heights Baptist Church (2796 NC-14, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Evergreen Memory Gardens (7875 US-158, Reidsville, NC 27320).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support the mission work of her grandson, Ben Minter, serving with the International Mission Board.
