She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Witty and Lucy Combs Witty; her son-in-law William Childress (Billy); her grandchildren, Jay Wilson and Shannon Reece; and her siblings, Franklin, John Witty and Doris Farmer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deloris Wilson (Jim) of Burlington, NC and Angela Childress of Reidsville, NC; her brother Lee Witty; her close friends, Peggy and John Doman of Reidsville; and her pet Precious. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
