He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Talley and Thelma Gwynn Talley; and his brother Donald Talley. He is survived by: his wife Edna Laws Talley; and his siblings, Ann Price, Diane Allen, Jean Stone and Paul Talley (Susan). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
