She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Frank Hamilton and Ellen Frances Wilson Hamilton; her husband Leroy Junior Vernon; and her siblings, Johnny Hamilton, Jr. (Clifford Hamilton), Mable Hicks, Geraldine Hamilton Gordon (Alvin) and Francis Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Vernon (Renee), Brian Vernon (Christy) and Renee Vernon (Max); her grandchildren, Lacey Vernon, Conner Vernon, Kayleigh Vernon, Nick Vernon (Lexi), Karleigh Vernon, Alex Howell, Bryce Howell and Brentlee Howell; her great grandchild Braylen; her pet Cheeto; and her siblings, Robert Hamilton, Jackie Hamilton, Tommy Hamilton and Louise Jarrett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
