Julia left this world on June 25, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her son Robert Spencer Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Stephens; her sons, Mark Douglas Stephens (Susan) and Timothy Reid Stephens; and her siblings, Edward Collins (Linda) and Betty Hodges (Elridge). She is also survived by grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320). A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at the Ruffin Community Cemetery (198 Ruffin School Rd, Ruffin, NC 27311).
