She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Collins and William Collins; her son Robert "Tink" Spencer Stephens; her sisters, Lillie "Lill" Ward, Barbara "Pete" Collins and Mary "Frances" Todd; and her grandson Thomas Reid Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Stephens; her sons, Mark Douglas Stephens (Susan) and Timothy Reid Stephens (Tammy); her siblings, Edward Collins (Linda) and Betty Hodges (Elridge); and her grandchildren, Haily Stephens, Angie Stephens, Mandy Pulliam (Jeffrey), Julieann Stephens, Williams Stephens, Reid Stephens and Marshie Stephens. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
