She is survived by: her children, Justin Soyars of Reidsville and Janae Carter (Scott) of Reidsville; her brother Phillip Smith (Pat) of Reidsville; her sister-in-law Tammy (Rick Hopper); her grandchildren, Faith Davis, Lilly Soyars and Gracelyn Soyars; and her caregivers, Pat Smith, Tammy Hopper Jennifer Moore, Ann Crowder and Marsha Lankford.
