With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Hunsucker (Reidsville, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Nancy has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mitchell and Mae-Belle Moore Thompson; her husband William Hunsucker (Bill); her brother Mitch Thompson (Howard Thompson); and her half-brother Skipper Soyars.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Ferguson and Simon Thompson; her sister-in-law Peggy Thompson; and her close friends, Dwight and Mary Rich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
