She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter M. Wood and Fairy Wilkins Wood; her husband Vernon Johnson; and her siblings, Iris Hill, Mary Grogan, Allen Wood and Jack Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Randall Johnson (Julia) of Reidsville and Melanie Johnson Hagwood (Dale) of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Casey Johnson (Candace), Molly Johnson Tuttle (Robert), Becky Hagwood, Sam Hagwood and Matt Hagwood (Rebekah); her great grandchildren, Adaline Tuttle, James Johnson, Zoey Garbade and Jayden Garbade; and her caregivers, Amber McCollum, Maggie Carty, Ruby Williams and Debbie Smith. She is also survived by many loving nieces nephews and friends.
