He is survived by: his parents, Cecelia Ann Settle and Percy Dickerson; his brother Larry Lee Settle; his children, Percy Settle (Genevieve), Raquel Neal, Jalisha Neal and Jessica Neal; his grandchildren, Penelope, Aamir Levette, Adonis and Alana; and his aunts, Charlene Loretta Settle and Phillimina Huff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
