He is survived by: his wife Tena Pegram Isaacs; his sons, Richard Tyler Isaacs (Rachelle) of Reidsville and Kevin Isaacs of Reidsville; his brothers, Charles "Chuck" Isaacs, Jr. (Beth) of Boulder, CO and Larry Isaacs (Lynn) of Apex; and his grandchildren, Alexia Isaacs and Charlie Isaacs.
