He was predeceased by: his father Harold Evans; and his son Dustin Evans. He is survived by: his mother Irene McCollum Evans; his wife Deborah Whitley Evans; his son Patrick Evans (Anna); his granddaughter Jennie Evans; and his pet Cream Puff. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
