He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Catherine Monsky Peterson. He is survived by: his friend Frances Boyd of Reidsville; his siblings, Diane Valentine of Hyde Park, NY and Daniel Peterson (Gloy) of Healy, AK; and his nieces, Karen Cashin (Scott), Rachel Shipp (Ann King), Gillian Sloss (Jason) and Kelly Valentine.
