He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clarence Phillips and Frances Brown Phillips; and his siblings, Valerie Looney and Steve Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Amy Phillips; his children, Sabrina Phillips of North Carolina, Roy Dwayne Phillips (Rhonda) of North Carolina, Matthew Shane Phillips (Lisha) of North Carolina and Jonathan Andrew Phillips (Amy) of North Carolina; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Phillips of Cedar Bluff, Virginia and Wanda Gail Phillips of Cedar Bluff. He is also survived by Six Grandchildren and Four Great-grandchildren.
