She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Jo Denton (Rodney Denton) of Thomasville and Elizabeth Syed (Ahmed Syed) of Midlothian, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Jalees Syed, Gracen, Deacon and Daelyn Denton; and her siblings, Julia Ann Thomas, Beatrice Washburn and Bernie Stewart.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity benefiting animals, honoring Sally's lifelong love and compassion for all creatures.
