He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wagoner Crouse; his sons, Wade T. Crouse of Reidsville, Richard L. Crouse (Denise) of Reidsville and Luke A. Crouse (Mallorie) of Ruffin; his brother Mark Crouse (Fabiana) of Reidsville; his brother-in-law Keith Wagoner (Susan) of Wilmington; his nephew Paul Wagoner (Jenny); his great-niece Savannah Wagoner; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Crouse and William Crouse.
