He is survived by: his wife Joanna Powell McMillan; his son William Steven McMillan (Marsha McMillan); his grandchildren, Hunter McMillan, Haley McMillan Hilliard and Logan McMillan; his daughter Jennifer Carmen McMillan Haith (Marcus Haith); his grandchildren, Leah McMillan Blackwell, Levi Haith, Trent Haith and Shayna Haith; his sister Pat McMillan Lee (Bill Lee); his nephew Greg Lee (Kimberly Lee); his niece Kim McMillan McCall; and his great grandchild Finnley Cole McMillan.
