She is survived by: her husband Jerry Pruitt; her parents, Myra Tudor and Bob Tudor; her sons, Carter McCollum (Stacy Rickman) and Spencer McCollum (Dakota Davis); her brothers, Roy Sawyers (Robin), R. Troy Tudor (Cheryl Bonton) and Christopher Tudor (Crystal Wilson); her grandchildren, Jameson Hunt McCollum, Rylee Jean McCollum and Mark Ayden Conway; Sawyer Tudor.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Ancora Compassionate Care Hospice Care Team, 21650 NC Hwy 65, Reidsville NC 27320.
