He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Jr. (Anna Isabel Hill) and William; and his sister Dianne Hill Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Denise Woods Hill; his children, Mercilee Lancaster (Paul) and William Kenneth Hill (Crystal) of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Maximus, Alfred Lancaster, Hailey Hill, Adeline, Sophia Hill and Evan Hill; and his brother J. Gary Hill (Maureen) of Winston-Salem.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mizpah Methodist Church or a charity of the donor's choice in William's memory.
