He is survived by: his children, DeShannon "Dee" Blizzard (Tami) of Goldsboro, April Blizzard of Mount Olive and Christy Blizzard Price of Mount Olive; his brother Seth Thomas "Snowball" Blizzard of Mount Olive; his grandchildren, Harley Hunter, Justin Hooks and Hannah Price Heath; his great grandchildren, Cullen, Caiden, Kannon Hunter and Ava Kay Heath; and his sibling's children, Thomas Blizzard, Sissy B. Madrigal and Polly Blizzard.
