He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Fox and Birdie Ogle Fox; his wife Ella Kate Oakley Fox; his brother Carl Fox; and his son-in-law James Patrick Watts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Watts of Entiat, WA and Paula Hope Ballard of Sevierville, TN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
