He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hill Pope and Dorothy Mills Pope; and his brothers, Larry and Harold Pope. He is survived by: his children, Michael Pope of Philipp, Shawn Pope of North Carolina and James Reed of Hampton, Virginia.; his siblings, Vicky Hubler of Missouri, Kathy Pope of Aberdeen and Timothy Pope of Aberdeen; and his grandchildren, Liliahna, McKenzie, Wyatt, Freyja, Layla Pope and Colten Reed. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
