She is survived by: her children, Wanda Smith of Conway, Ricky Hoggard (Shirley) of Aulander and Ken Brown (Terry) of Conway; her grandchildren, Chad Smith (Angie) of Como, Michael Hoggard of Aulander, Colby Brown (Alyson) of Conway and Allison Satterfield (Alan) of Roxboro; her great grandchildren, Alex, Trinity, Brantley, Emily, Wynnie and Scottie; and her siblings, Paige Bryant of Rich Square, Kenneth Harrell of Jacksonville, Florida and Ronnie Harrell (Canara) of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (116 Short St, Rich Square, NC 27869). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rich Square Baptist Church (116 W Jackson St, Rich Square, NC 27869). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery (4876 US-258, Rich Square, NC 27869).
