He is survived by : his father Charles Perry; his sister Keisha Evans; his aunts, Lucy and Mary; and his cousins, Brenda Peele Phillips, Willie Ruffin, Jr., Evangeline 'Van Hemsley, Gloria Jean Anderson and Tony Anderson.
