She was predeceased by : her parents, Garland Warren and Lillian Warren; her husband David G. Futrell; and her sister Hazel Gregory. She is survived by : her grandson Christopher C. Futrell; her son David Warren Futrell (Lori) of Rich Square; her great grandchildren, Madison, Caroline and David Futrell of Harrison, Ohio; and her brother Raymond G. Warren of Conway. She is also survived by several nieces, a nephew and several great-nieces and nephews.
