She was predeceased by: her father Herman Henry Hackman. She is survived by: her mother Edith Annette Terkhorn Hackman; her husband Stephen Gary Gantt Jr.; her daughters, Leigh Anne Chamberlayne (Lucas), Elizabeth "Libby" Annette Greenlee (Justin) and Leeza Marie Scheidt (Blake); and her siblings, Stewart Lee Hackman (Kristi), Rodney Keith Hackman (Elaine) and Jill Annette Hackman Block (Brian). She is also survived by loving grandmother to her 10 grandchildren, 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001).
