Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marvin leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Monroe and Tillie Holshouser Rowland. He is survived by: his spouse Frankie; and his children, Debbie and Todd. He is also survived by his children, as well as four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
