She is survived by: her husband James Carl Simmons Sr.; her sons, James Carl Simmons Jr. (Jill Guzzetti) of Richlands and Jason Lee Simmons (Jessica) of Richlands; her grandchildren, James, Gage, Logan, Kaycee, Jason, Sabrina and Luke; and her great grandchildren, Cash and Jane.
