She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Lombard and Stephen Lombard. She is survived by: her husband William Watters; her daughter Brittney Humphrey; her son-in-law Steven Humphrey of Deep Run; her son William Watters; her daughter-in-law Denise Watters; her grandchildren, Steven Humphrey, Logan Humphrey and Korben Humphrey; her sister Samantha Tyndall; her brother-in-law Lonnie Tyndall; her brother Stephen Lombard; and her sister-in-law Hang Lombard. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
In recent years, Debbie bravely faced Alzheimer's disease, an illness that gradually took pieces of her but never erased the love she shared or the impact she had on those around her.
