He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry and Leda Ray; his children, Bob Carter, Kimberley Gatbunton (Bob), Ann Rice (Matt), JuLeeia Rosenburg (Damen) and JJ Carter Jr. (Amber); his grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Dylan, Jordan, Jake, Justin, Jared, Sadie, Caleb, Kamden and Payton; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Bradley.
