She is survived by: her significant other Maurice Brown of Maple Hill; her children, Jeanette Miklusicak (Dustin) of Holly Ridge, Kristy Gentry of Durham, Amanda DeJesus (AJ) of Richlands, Domenic Paolino of Jacksonville and David Paolino of Monroe; her brothers, Robert Johnson, Jr. of Midway Park, Bryant Johnson of Payson, UT and Brent Johnson of Long Island, NY; her nieces, Aryanna Johnson of Williamsburg, VA and Julianna Johnson of Greenville; and her nephew Franklin Johnson of Sneads Ferry. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel (303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
