He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Shaw and Clarice Pepper Shaw. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan S. Riggan (David) of Littleton, NC and Kathy S. Jamison (Dave) of Twinsburg, OH; his grandson Joshua D. Jamison (Alyxa); and his sisters, Vickey Harper of Roanoke Rapids and Judy Conner of Pensacola.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service (507 US-158, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quankie Baptist Church Cemetery (4070 NC-48, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
