He was predeceased by : his parents, William C. Lewis and Lousie V. Lewis; his wife Antia F. Lewis; and his daughter Susan Arnette. He is survived by : his children, Donna Dickens (Dalton) and David Lewis (Nancy). He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
