He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Loretta; his wife Frances "Fran" Jenkins Conner; his daughter Chloe Elizabeth Casey (Kurt); his brothers, Wilburt C. Conner, Jr., Michael "Mike" W. Conner (Lynn) and Dale Gene Conner (Donna); and his grandchildren, Walker and Paisley.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (1405 Bolling Rd, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
