He was predeceased by: his parents, Magnolia Bryant and James Cornelius Reese; and his siblings, Herbert Reese, Owen Reese, Jeanette Clary (Produce) of Weldon Fruit, Mae Tripp, Ann Bedgood and Rachel Harlow.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Wallace Reese; his daughter Tammy Denise Reese; and his nephew Richard Clayton. He is also survived by son, and many other nieces, nephews.
