He is survived by : his wife Anita Lowe; his children, Ernest Melvin Lowe, III (Margaret) of Spring Hope, Joey William Lowe (Chivon) of Nashville, Rontrell Lowe (Stacey) of Orlando, Florida, Melva Wilder of Winston-Salem, Angela Shoulars of Winston-Salem and CaRea Russell (Charles) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Nevaeh of Winston-Salem, Taniyah of Winston-Salem, Alayah Wilder of Winston-Salem, CaRiah of Winston-Salem, Cali of Winston-Salem, Charli Russell of Winston-Salem, Destiny Lowe of Winston-Salem, Tiarra Lowe of Greensboro, Kaylee Lowe of Florence, Kayla Williams of Spring Hope, Kanari Shoulars, Kyrie Sutton of Winston-Salem, Ethan Lowe, Lamont Williams of Spring Hope and Ryan Lowe of Nashville; his stepson Sedrick Smith; his stepgranddaughter Kateila Smith; and his brother Tommie Lowe, Sr. of Roanoke Rapids. He is also survived by nine brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, three generations of nieces and nephews; a host of cousins, other relatives and many friends.
