Don Shelton Edwards Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Don Shelton Edwards (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Don has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Shelton Edwards and Nancy Case Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bradley Edwards; his sons, Jesse Edwards and Corbin Edwards; and his brother Greg Edwards.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wrenn Funeral Home (1015 W 5th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the Lebanon United Methodist Church.
