He is survived by: his wife Tina Anne Germain Horton; his children, Tiffany Horton Johnson and John Queen; his siblings, Lisa Horton, Alice Faye Horton and Mike (Teresa); his nieces and nephews, Dawn Suess, David Horton, Heavenly Horton, Jamie Hargrave (Stella), Heather Hargrave, Shane Carter, Andy Carter, Murdock Horton and Jennifer Horton; his great-nieces, Alisson Hargrave and Harley Horton; his former wife Nancy Hargrave; and his stepchildren, Tracy and Karl.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Union Hall.
